After landing in a nest of baby birds, Stellaluna is adopted into the bird family on one condition: that she lives her life as a bird, not a bat. Charmingly told by actors, puppeteers, singers, a pianist, and a sign language interpreter, Stellaluna, based on the popular children’s book by Janell Cannon, teaches us all that our differences are beautiful and our possibilities endless when we embrace what makes others unique.
