Meet the Cast of FOREVER PLAID!
QCT brings the beloved musical revue FOREVER PLAID to the newly named Black Box theatre February 6-8, delivering a smooth, funny, harmony-driven throwback to the golden age of 1950s vocal groups.
Part satire, part love letter, the show follows four earnest singers who are given one last chance to perform the concert they never got to finish. Packed with velvety vocals and delightfully goofy charm, FOREVER PLAID transports audiences with favorites like “Three Coins in the Fountain,” “Catch a Falling Star,” and “Love Is a Many-Splendored Thing.”
Bringing heartfelt humor and razor-clean harmonies to this iconic foursome are Nicolas Moore as Frankie, Dominic Regner as Smudge, Mason Ellison as Sparky, and Patrick Hedges as Jinx.
The creative team leading the quartet is Ruth Kummerow as Director, Jessi Sparks as Vocal Director, Dan Conboy as Stage Manager, Sjon Jonez as Choreographer, Megan Eaton as Lighting Designer, Lorne Kelley as Scenic Designer & Props Master, and Casey Mercurio as Costume Designer.

The four characters that we follow each have flaws, but with the support and encouragement of the friends around them, they are able to overcome those obstacles and embrace putting on the show of a lifetime. The Black Box Theatre, located inside Quincy Community Theatre, offers a more intimate setting with significantly fewer seats than the Mainstage Barbara Rowell Auditorium. Patrons are strongly encouraged to secure tickets early.
