QCT Office Manager transitions to a new role.

QCT is proud to announce Shari Mulch has transitioned to a new role: VOLUNTEER AND PATRON EXPERIENCE MANAGER. In this role, Shari will lead QCT’s efforts to provide the highest quality experience for all who interact with the theatre. She will continue to oversee Box Office operations while she also works to enhance the patron experience at every touch point: on the phone, at the box office window, and behind the scenes as our ticketing system administrator. She will also assume all volunteer coordination efforts which includes recruitment, management, appreciation, and experience. QCT has more than 200 active volunteers.

“As we evaluated the needs of the theatre, the needs of our volunteers, and the needs of our patrons, it became clear we already have what they need; she was here all along,” said Sara Reuschel, executive director. “So many of our patrons, donors, and volunteers already see Shari as their ‘person.’ She is kind, welcoming, and a calming presence in the midst of chaos. I am so thrilled she agreed to take on this new role. I can’t wait to see her professional growth and the positive impact she will have on the overall experience at QCT.”

“My favorite thing about working at QCT is the amazing people that I get to interact with,” said Mulch. “I look forward to building stronger relationships and digging a little deeper to make the experience the most enjoyable and rewarding it can be for all involved. This will definitely push me a little outside of my comfort zone, but I am ready to embrace the challenge.”

Shari has been with QCT for six years as the Office Manager. Please join us in congratulating her on her new role.
