Flex Ticket Reservation Instructions

Are you new to reserving your seats online?
We can help! Follow the instructions below to reserve your seats.

If you prefer to hear a friendly voice in our Box Office, you can call to reserve your seats at 217-222-3209.

Step 1

Go to our homepage at 1qct.org and click on the Season Ticket Login button in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2

Enter your login information. (If the Login prompt does not automatically appear, click “Login” at the top right.)
IMPORTANT: If you have never logged in before, click “Forgot Password?” and the system will send you an email to generate a new password. If you are still having trouble, call the Box Office at 217-222-3209.

Step 3

Select “Redeem your package/subscription for tickets to an event”

Step 4

Select the show title from the drop-down

Step 5

Select the date you would like to attend.

Step 6

Select the performance time. (Some show dates may have multiple performance times. If so, both will appear here.)

Step 7

Select your preferred seat(s) from the seating chart.

Step 8

Add selected seat to your cart.

Step 9

You will see each seat you’ve selected on the right-hand side of your screen.

Step 10

Add tickets to your cart.

Step 11

Select how you would like to receive your tickets.

Step 12

Check to be sure your information is correct.

Step 13

Review your order.

Step 14

Place your order! You will not be charged anything unless you’ve purchased additional tickets when selecting your seats.
